Our Services
What to expect from us as part of our service:
Our organisation is working hard to provide care and support to people with learning disabilities. We are regulated by The Care Quality Commission(CQC) and Medway Supporting People Team.
Our staff are professional, trained and committed to sharing good practice, working in partnership and delivering a service that’s person centered.
We offer Residential Care and Supported Housing in Medway. We deliver services to 63 people in 34 homes within the community.
The majority of our service users live in Supported Housing. The Support Staff help each tenant to maintain their tenancies and work towards independence.
