MISSION STATEMENT
Anchor Support Services will provide support in an open and flexible way. Our services are based upon principles of good practice and a belief that ever tenant is entitled to:
- Dignity
- Privacy
- Independence
- Individuality
- Safety
- Respect
- Inclusion
Independence has an inherent risk element, which we will always strive to minimise through co-operation and understanding. We want to achieve a homely relaxed and friendly environment for both tenants and staff.
We work within local and central government guidelines. We use these guidelines to underpin our own value system ensuring that the tenant/service users stay the central focus.
